Megan is an artist from Columbus, Ohio.
She knew that she wanted to do art from a very young age & although at age 16 she was told she needed to focus on a “real world” job, she continued to pursue her art career.
She thrives on people telling her that she cannot do something. That is what keeps her going. Being able to prove what she is truly capable of.
In 2016, she was in Beijing where she painted a Mural in response to the Election. She painted a Swastika times & by doing this, it helped her cope.
What Made You Choose The Path of Artistry?
“I was born this way. according to my mother, I was complaining at 5 that people did not take my art seriously.” – Megan
How Long Did It Take To Complete The SkyLark Piece?
It took a year to complete & she decided to create this piece while going through her trials & tribulations.
What Made Her Continue On Post Accident?
She continued to push through her accident by wanting to continue to prove people wrong, the support of her parents & giving up was more like a death sentence that she did not want to have. She thrives to inspire people to keep fighting.
What Made You Decide To Travel?
