A fly landed on the face of billionaire Michael Bloomberg’s face during his speech at the 2020 Democratic National Convention, and it set Twitter abuzz.

“Just smashed my TV trying to kill the fly on Bloomberg’s face,” one user wrote

Another commented, “To the fly that landed on Mike Bloomberg’s face during his DNC speech: welcome to the resistance.”

The fly landed on the billionaire former NYC mayor’s right eye and later his upper lip as he spoke about President Donald Trump and his failed business dealings.

“Trump said we should vote for him because he’s a great businessman. Really? He drove his companies into bankruptcy six times, always leaving behind customers and contractors who were cheated and swindled and stopped doing business with him,” Bloomberg said.

“Before I ran for mayor, I spent 20 years running a business I started from scratch. So I want to ask small business owners and their employees one question — and it’s a question for everyone,” he said.

“Would you rehire — or work for — someone who ran your business into the ground? And who always does what’s best for himself or herself — even when it hurts the company? And whose reckless decisions put you in danger? And who spends more time tweeting than working?”

Despite the interruption, Bloomberg continued to rip into the president accusing him of giving huge tax cuts to “guys like me who didn’t need it.”

The former mayor, who briefly entered the 2020 presidential race, threw his support behind Biden after he exited in March.

He stated that Biden would roll back tax cuts for the rich “so we can fund things our whole country needs — like training for adults who have lost jobs, and making college more affordable, and investing in American research and development so that the products of tomorrow are made here today, by American workers.”
