If you have interacted with Teeth By Trev through our Instagram pages (@teethbytrev, @dr.trevthomas), Facebook page, or website, you may request deletion of your personal data at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1 – Email Request (recommended)

  1. Send an email to TeethByTrev@gmail.com
  2. Subject: Data Deletion Request
  3. Include your full name, Instagram username (if applicable), and type of data to delete
  4. We confirm within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days

Option 2 – Remove Facebook/Instagram App Access

  1. Go to your Facebook App Settings
  2. Find TeethByTrev Operations
  3. Click Remove to revoke access and delete associated data
Note: Removing app access will immediately revoke our ability to access your profile data. Messages stored on Meta servers are governed by Meta Privacy Policy.

What Data We Delete

  • Your name and contact information
  • Messages or inquiries you sent to our pages
  • Appointment or consultation records (unless required by law)
  • Analytics data associated with your interactions

Data We Are Required to Retain

Certain records may be retained as required by law, including healthcare records under HIPAA and financial transaction records.
